Depends on what mods you have done... If you are still on the stock turbo and you have basic bolt ons I suggest the NGK BPR7EIX (irridium), or BPR7ES (copper) gapped at .024...

If you have an upgraded turbo with bolt ons I would suggest NGK BPR8EIX (irridium) or BPR8ES (copper) gapped at .020...

u MUST get iridium plugs. i went with some normal crap ones from autozone because they didnt have the iridium in stock and my car would misfire and sputter like hell anytime i hit full boost.

You dont need to get iridium. Coppers are fine, you just have to get the correct type.

copper ones will work well also but my personal belief is copper will cost you more money in the long term. copper although it costs half as much, doesnt last half as much in mileage.

I'm running coppers, same in the quote, and change every other oil change when driving normal, and every oil change when I autox in the summer.

NGK Coppers all 90% of VIII owners run. Been running them for over 100k. Change out every 6k. Never had a missfire in my car ever
