hey im trying to replace my primary o2 sensor. i have an invidia o2 housing on. i cant get an o2 sensor socket around the o2 sensor because my radiator is in the way. anyone got a tips or tricks to get it out without removing the radiator? any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

A bunch of PB blaster and a 22mm wrench.

 

^^^^ AMEN! goodluck it can be a PITA! I upgraded my housing on the fact that i could not get my o2 sensor off no matter what i tried!! anti-seize is your best freind!

 

I would let the car sit for at least 24 hrs and put penetrating oil on it every few hours. Just let it sit though. Then try to break it free with one solid turn make sure your lined up nice and straight on it though.

 

haha yeahh or you end up spending 2 hours trying to get it out with vise grips...not that i did that or anything
