my car is breaking up a little on fp red at about 31lbs peak boost. at first it wasnt. should gap my plugs tighter? I had them at .026 with sparktech non cdi coils. Getting ready for the track and I dont want to get kicked out and not get a good run in. Any thoughts?

 

I run mine at .024 at 31lbs of boost on my HTA35 with no break ups.

 

when i had a boost leak on my car with the sparktech non cdi it was breaking up then i fixed the boost leak and never did it again hope this helps you out, if you have egr and the stock intake manifold still check all those crazy boost hoses going from the egr to the sensors and throttle body

 

have you ever gapped them further apart? the first few times out with the car it ran real strong. today and yest it broke up a little. do you have an ignition upgrade? I have 2 step colder plugs

no leak. it was fixed. ill try regapping
