Huge problem on the dyno yesterday(need some good evo tech support)
I put them back to zero to see if that changed anything it did not. I am heading back to the dyno soon to make pulls on both the haltech and stock ECU and I will post them for you all to see.
Ya it can be set to zero still but the cam gear can be deffective. Try stock cam gears if you can.
Did you ever take off the crank pulley that didnt have TDC marked on it? You know you can trust the stock Harmonic Bal to be marked correct. It can be really easy to get the camshaft timing wrong if you have a goofy crank pulley.
again, as noted on another thread where you made a similar remark, this has NOTHING to do with the shop where it was being tuned. Your comments are becoming more and more irrelevant and quite boring which equals to no type of help to the owner trying to sort out his issue. Thanks.
Ok sorry for the delay guys. I have been talking with TED B who really is an EVO GURU and he has been guiding through this problem. He is supposed to be making his way down to Louisiana pretty soon to help me with some of the issues that are probable but without getting hands on the car its pretty tough to tell. I will let you all know what we find or should I say what TED B finds and then post the results. Now that I have a wideband TED B is going to show me how to log properly and also get me up to speed on logging 2 byte load which I wish I knew all of this already but hopefully soon I will, so for everyone asking me to post a log I would if I could log the essentials, but I just am no up to speed on all that
Thanks for the help so far everyone

Yeah I wished it was that but I have taken all the intake piping apart and the exhuast from the manifold out to the tip of exhaust and nothing is blocking the flow of air or exhaust gas
Ok its has been a long frustrating process but today I was thankful to have my evo running right thanks to Ted B(evo guru for sure).
After speaking with Ted on the phone a few weeks back he was able to diagnose the car and basically this is what he recommend I do. First take the Haltech EMS out of the car because it isn't needed. Then he recommend I uninstall the EBC and buy the following:
wideband
USB to Serial Adapter
4 bar MAP Sensor
3 port GM boost Solenoid
he also suggested that I get the Kelford 272's instead of the HKS 272's but I did not have to. I did anyways =)
He continued to email me back and forth to answer all my questions which led to the success we had today.
Today he was able to make it down to Louisiana. He started by checking under the hood just to see how everything was set up and then we hopped in the car and took off. He was very meticulous with setting up the idle and fuel trims and once that was set we found some good space with no traffic and started making pulls. The first pull was around 360hp(all results are from Dyno Jet settings I believe). He then started making changes and explaining why he was changing something which helps to understand but also makes things less awkward instead of just sitting there not saying anything. He took his time and got the car running strong, the results were 466hp and 488hp with the cut out open.
The runs were done on 93 octane and we ran about 32psi for boost. The car runs great and pulls hard. The Virtual Dyno we used was very helpful thanks to Jack of Trades. I was happy with the results, I plan to obtain some E85 and see if we can turn the car up and make some more power.
At the end of the day we basically just swapped the Haltech back to the stock ECU swapped out the EBC and Cams, and got some tuning instruments and it resulted in over a 100hp
HUGE PROPS TO TED B He really took car of my car and was not only knowledgeable about tuning but mechanically as well.
Thanks to all who posted in order to help me with my car.
