Clutch pedal height issue

I know about the adjustments you can make to the back, that isn't my issue. The symptoms are similar to if the adjustment wasn't tight though and the pedal would slip down further. I can shift the car at all times without issue, but the pedal height changes. When it's lower if I put my foot on the under side and pull up with my toe, it will reset to the higher point. It doesn't slip back down by pushing on it but just over time it will. Sometimes it's a few hours other times it's a few minutes. I don't know exactly how the slave/master cylinders work, but that's my assumption is I have a bad seal somewhere and fluid is getting to where it shouldn't.

Anyone have any ideas?

you need to adjust the height and bleed the system.

I'll give that a try. I guess it could be something that simple. I just assumed the worst, ha.

Sounds like air in the master to me. Try a complete bleed of the clutch line.

I printed off the instructions from Mitchell. I haven't looked at the car yet though...haven't had time. Where is the bleeder screw they're talking about?

My car does the same thing, but it only does it every once in a while. Like you said though, I just lift it up with my foot, and it works perfectly fine for a while again.

Maybe it's the Michigan roads knocking it loose
