Single 255 pump & 1200cc MAX HP #??

I have a friend who tuned his own car and it made 585 HP on the VDR in Dynojet mode on C16 fuel. Either the VDR is off or the fuel setup makes more than 550 which is what the majority claims is the max HP on that setup. Need people who might know first hand on a DJ dyno what the most HP they have made on this setup?? The 255 pump is unmodded

i personally wouldnt go past 500. pressure starts dropping and the fuel map gets funky.

Is this when a double fuel pump should be considered for a pump gas tune ?

Going past the power or near the limit that a single walbro is rated for will only work the pump harder and eventually it will give out

^ Its only for a 1/4 mile at a time so I doubt it will really kill it too much. Every part has its limit and when dealing with a finicky situation like the fuel pump and A/F people dont want to push too hard for obvious reasons. Doesnt mean it hasnt been done though as JohnnyTsi said he has made 593 on a DJ
