Fuel line upgrade

Im planning to run e85 on my 6262 setup at about 40psi (might go a little bigger later) but I have some questions about fueling. I have a Full Blown double pumper and planning on getting FIC 2150's and a aeromotive or buschur fuel rail. I know your only as strong as your weakest link and I was thinking about the lines. I think I read that the stock lines flow enough for about 700whp but thats on 93/116 with e85 you need 3x more fuel for the same instance. Is that fueling setup fine or should I upgrade to AN lines and if so what size? Thanks

Others may want to elaborate on this, but from all my discussions with Full-Blown and others, it seems that a -10AN feed and a -6AN return line is more than sufficient for most setups like yours.

Small lines increase frictional losses that can reduce pump capacity by at least a nominal margin. For E85, an AN-6 feed and return is a better proposition than the factory lines, and an AN-8 feed with AN-6 return is better still.

stock lines are fine. Im running a Buschur Double pumper, Buschur fuel rail, ID2000s and stock regulator and Im at 708 on Buschurs dyno. Im on a HTA 86 which is a little bigger than the 6262 on im running about 43 pounds. So theirs really no need to spend the money for new lines.

E85 and I might be going to E98. My setup will support straight alcohol if I wanted to go that far.

yea you should be fine. My only recomendation is go with the ID2000s instead of the FICs. The way the IDs run are phenomenal and well worth the money. If you need any help just let me know and ill help you as much as i can.
