4g64 questions

looking at buying a evo with a 4g64 in it and just have a few questions.

one- it does not have the ac in it, can it be put in pretty easily?

two- its a long rod with PAR rods, je pistons, l-19 studs, 9:1:1. what is the rev capacity?

thanks, michael

Assuming you have all the AC stuff to put back in that is pretty easy.

Rev is a function of turbo sizing, cams, and valvesprings. If they are all something like mine 8500 isnt out the of the question and maybe a tad more if you really needed it to be.

A Black will be out of usable power around 8k or so. That is to say you might as well shift and get back to peak torque.

Yep 8k is about right. You won't make power past that point anyway so no use in revving it higher either.
