Yes smart one, who doesnt, but they do not have "NGK BPR8ES" so i had to buy them online. oh and BTW auto zone and Advance has only one NGK spark plug for the 03 Evo VIII and thats the IGR7A and they are $10 per spark plug, so dont tell me they are $5 for 4.

they are about 2 dollars each. factory is iridium but for some reason alot of ppl have success with copper plugs in evo 8's. the downside is you have to change them more frequently. Did you remove a lid from the airbox or was it exactly as you show in the picture?

napa and autozone should have them. oddly enough my honda pressure washer uses the same plug lol

You can get the BPR8ES at a motorcycle shop. The Evo 8 plugs are the same ones used by high performance bikes and ATVs.

Just wanted to give you guys a update. I changed the pluges and fixed the MAF. Car seems to be running great and no more probs. I also put a HKS intake on the car and it sounds great. Car runs like a Evo should. Iam very happy with it. Thanks everyone for your help! you guys are great. Thanks again!
