Problem with Boost Leak Test

I have a problem with my car and not sure what the problem is. Before the HKS SSQV vented to air and when ever it would vent and I would be coming to a stop it would almost stall and run rich. So I finally got it recirculated and it is still doing it (as the video shows). It also runs very lean right afterwards. It also does this while down shifting while slowing down and not on the gas. I made a boost leak tester and tried checking for a boost leak but I didn't really notice anything. Also a question about doing a boost leak test should I plug up the intake piping right before the throttle body or leave it connected to the intake manifold? I did both because while it was connected to the throttle body I couldn't build any pressure because there was air flowing through the intake and into the engine which I could hear coming out of the oil filler. Any advice you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.

what injectors are you using? seams like acceleration enrichment/enleanment issue. My car is doing the same thing but it is just on a break in tune.

I am pretty sure it hase stock injectors. I never really thought to check though. When I bought the car though the HKS bov was vta. could it possibly be that the previous owner tried to tune it to compensate for that?

OK I am trying to do another boost leak test, and with the piping connected to the intake manifold I cannot build hardly any boost. It sounds like all the air is just rushing through the butterfly and into the engine. When I listen to the oil filler I can hear like a "WHOOM WHOOM WHOOM" sound. Also if I open the throttle I can hear the sound of the air change so I know what I am hearing is that. Is it supposed to be doing this?

So I did another boost leak test still hardly any pressure building I get like 4lbs. I did find a leak in the intake piping that I patched up seemed to run better for a couple miles then problem slowly resumed. It seemed that the A/F was good when vacuum went to like roughly 22/23 but if it was around like 20 it would run lean. I am going to try running the car and searching for a vacuum leak with propane and see if I could find it that way.
