excuse the thread revival but I don’t have evoscan and also dealing with a similar issue. Can you elaborate further on this process?

Without Evoscan, with key on and engine off, you would need to measure the voltage at the TPS signal wire and adjust the TPS until you see ~0.7V closed and 5.0V at WOT.
