I need some help badly guys please... I just got done building and install my new motor and i got a exedy tripple cerametalic and when the engine is running and at idle the car will not go into while it is running i have bled the clutch system there is no more air in it. also i have adjusted the pedal in and out both directions and still it wants to stall when i try to put it in gear....

I know the clutch is disengauging somewhat because i can hear the chatter of the plates i am really stuck i have done so many evo clutches and this is the first time it has dont this but then again this is my first exedy tripple installation...

is there anything else i can do without taking the trans back off i am going to take another stab at it again tomorrow morning so any input would be very appreciated. oh yea the motor is doing excellent so far oil pressure is great and sounds awesome more of that will come thanks guys in advance please respond to this if you have any clue what it is.

 

Sounds like to plates were installed wrong. Same exact situation with my buddy Joel a couple of months ago. We had to take the trans back off and line up/install the plates correctly. Once done it worked perfect!

Yeah you installed the discs wrong then. Pull the tranny and follow the instructions from Exedy's website.

 

the internet at work and my computer was acting up i did not mean to at all.

I have the Exedy twin in my car. I had the same problem happen to me a few times the car wouldnt go into gear while its on. Turns out it was my slave cylinder. Bleed it and problem went away.
