Try those guys. They have every type of coupler you can think of.

You may want to go with a custom fabber UICP since since the LICP already is. Just my .02.

2.5" for the FMIC to UICP. That's a great site to use for couplers since they are all 4 ply silicone reinforced couplers of every shape and size.

I think mifesto is right too. Loosen everything up, the clamps, the brackets on the piping, and at the brackets on the intercooler. Wiggle, twist, and pull everything so it goes together, and then come back and tighten everything down. You will be surprised how much slack you will find.

Im in SD shop are becoming hard to come by...
But i think im gonna try getting a 45* and wiggle and pull everything apart... see if i can pull it together.. but the pics dont do it justice to the crazy angle its got. so maybe i can post a video so you can see what im dealing with.
Thanks in advance for all ur help!!

This is the reason why I hate that particular intercooler. The inlet/outlets are casted at the wrong angle. If you cut the cast outlet off, flush the cooler and weld a 45* mandrel bend on, it will fit perfect.
