Acd ecu failed

My acd lights are all one. Dealer says my ACD ECU Failed

What can cause this? Its a 1700 Dollar part!!!

My car got broken into and they jacked my DVD/Navi, messed up a bunch of wires. Not sure if that had something to do with it but my acd lights came on a few days after the incident.

So now its been on and I'm just curious what can cause a ACD ECU to fail/short ciruit?

Did they scan it with the MUT tool? OR did they say that since all the lights are on that it failed. The 3 lights will come up for many different things - wheel speed sensor fails and/or TPS sensor comes unplugged, etc.

I know they tried bleeding the acd and the lights were still on. My friend did scan it with MUT tool but no codes were coming up.

I know there are different things that can cause the ACD lights to light up but I'm asking what can cause the ACD Ecu to fail. Dealer said the computer is dead/not functional.

Just buy one from Gruppe-s. I'm pretty sure they're alot less than $1700 without a core.

I suggest tackling the ABS problem first. If you fix the ABS problem there is also a good chance you will cure the ACD problem.
