Hello guys. I've been reading alot of threads about BOV and how on the evo that it causes it to idle weird and stutter. Is this just on the EVO or on all turbocharged cars if not properly adjusted right?

On all cars if not adjusted right. The stuttering is from the bov being open at idle, cruising speeds, light acceleration, or just not opening fast enough.
