Wastegate Stuck?
I think the wastegate arm is stuck I can't verify this but it appears that the boost just continues to climb even with my boost controller set at the lowest possible setting which used to yield 14psi. How much tolerance is there with the wastegate arm connected to the turbine flapper? I am wondering if it got moved ever so slightly is basically won't open the flapper.

you should be able to grab the actuator arm and open the flapper door manually, if you can squeeze your hand in there. you could try taking some vacuum line and going directly from the turbo to the WG actuator. that should run around 11psi. if that holds boost then it is your boost controller. my controller just took a crap so i know the feeling, and i ran 11psi for a few days until i found my factory vacuum lines with the restrictor pills.

Problem found! You were right about the boost controller, I removed it and had the wastegate activated by just the outlet pressure and it held boost at around 11psi so I guess something happened to my boost controller.
