doing my fp red swap into my evo 9 and ported exhaust manifold myself so thought why not do the intercooler and piping as well ??>

ran into some problems

one of the bolts to hold the intercooler up wont catch thread doesnt seem stripped any suggestions ??

also my upper ic pipe is made for stock route battery but for a tial recurculating bov totally confused how this is all suppossed to line up !! bc it doesnt seem to line up right !!! do i need to weld the bov on??


somebody please help me out here im tryin to finish the car up !!!


and if anyone knows any good shops to bring my evo to get worked on in the tristate area that would be great !!!



also does anyone have written instructions for the turbo swap in the 9 ??? just to make sure i do all the steps im suppossed to i like to make sure everything is right !!!

He was probably just suggesting it to you as you live in LI.

All of the parts you mentioned only go on one way and being fitment of ETS parts in general are usually PERFECT I'd have to see the car or at least pictures to help solve your dilemma. As for the red it will bolt up exactly like the stocker came off

If I was closer to you I'd get you squared away but it can be a long ride to LI depending on where your at.
