Best CoP kit

Hey, I'm just wondering which CoP kit is the best or are they all pretty much the same? I'm interested in buying a non-cdi CoP kit and was looking at this one.

Those are denso coils being used. I don't really know much about the other kits out there and what they use, but I was considering this one since the shop is about a half hour away from where I live.

The Spoolinup Kits also use Denso coils but are a much nicer and more presentable setup than the one in the link, and spoolinups kits are also non-cdi.

Check them out at spoolinup.com or just do a search for spoolinup on the forums and youll find all you need.

Also, the spoolinup kit comes ready to drop on and all you have to do is use 2 bolts to secure it down and then plug in the cop to the main harness and youre good to go. Its about $300 shipped for a kit with used coils.

Yes for the non-cdi set-up you pretty much can choose between

- Sparktech

- Spoolinup

- SGP

Ok, well I recently switched to Magnecor wires because I had a wire that needed to be replaced and now my car runs like ***!

I just read this review on the spoolinup kit and I think that is what I'm going to go with.

Also whats up Pat! I sent Sean an e-mail over the weekend looking for a quote on my setup, I will hopefully be paying FFTEC a visit in the next 3 weeks as long as he gets back to me and my FP black arrives lol

COP = Coil on plug ignition.

Mitsubishi's stock system uses 2 coil packs for each (4) spark plug.

A cop ignition uses 1 coil per plug, so in simple terms...each spark plug gets its own individual power unit.

Hmm, SGP just bought a kit from me. I wonder why...
If you want a kit with military grade wiring, REAL denso coils, and a nice CF plate, there is only one place to go.
You will never find this quality at such a low price. Guaranteed.

The SGP kit in the link above looks weird. With the Spoolinup kit you at least get a plate that not only cleans up the setup, but makes changing plugs really easy.

^ How does it look weird? Its a stealth kit. If you read on, you would have come across a portion of text explaining that a cf or aluminum plate can be ordered as well.
