IS THIS SAFE? mega daily boost

I have a local friend that has an Evo as well, but he has Greddy Emanage, E-01 boost control, 3"turbobackexhaust, Suction kit, BOV, Exede Twinplate clutch, and he runs 24.5 Lbs of Boost daily on 115 octane, ALL THE TIME! he fills the tank full on 115 octane turbo blue and drives it daily like that, his gas tanks cost $50 every refill, now my question is, is this safe to do? I meen 24.5 lbs of boost without any fuel system mods?

Truthfully i dont think that is outrageous...except for the $50 EVERY REFILL!!! Currently i am running 1.7 BAR (24.99psi) MOST of the time on 94 pump gas and i dont have any fuel upgrades xcept for the E-Manage (as you can see in my part list below). Yes, yes call me a dumbass for doing that but...BOOST IS ADDICTIVE!!! and fun. Something sooner or later will go.
