Holy crap. All six washers, that is a stack! I am running that valve and 22 psi in the second boost setting on my EBC. I have just the spring in and it holds just fine. It is as smooth as they come at any speed. I would suggest starting with no washers. If you hear a leak, make sure it is not coming from the hoses first before you go and increase the spring resistance with washers.

I would not be suprised if you will now have a leak with no washers considering you have compressed your spring up so tight.

The idea of the spring tension is to have it just tight enough to hold the boost while having the spring light enough to release for drivablity.

It will hold with six washers like a mother, but it has so much tension it won't release. That is why your car is bucking, the air is still slamming into your intake after you have let off the gas.

I am no expert at this, just gone through this with other products. Try no washers or one, or two.

I have the H34 as well and you only use the washers if you plan on venting to the atomsphere. Take out all the washers and you will be fine.
