Turbo lag again...

Hi guys,

Need an advice from all of you guys regarding my turbo lag. Current set up on my engine are:
- Stock internal
- Tomei cam 11.5 with 270/280 deg.
- Evo 9 turbo with porting for 20g tomei arm replica shaft M7960
- HKS Extractor

Already dyno on dynojet the other day... (Will upload the graph later if needed) with figure:
Max Torque : 45.38 Kg-m at 5400 rpm
Max HP : 377.6 wHP at 5700 rpm.
Max boost at 1.8 Bar with full boost coming at 5000rpm

After diagnos the engine found there's leak on the extractor but will this affect that much of lag. Could somebody direct me to which things to check first.

thanks.

anyone?..... the cause of the lag is it because of the cam combo or the lobe degree?

thanks

make a boost leak tester. You pressurize all your lines to make sure that you dont have a leak at one of your couplers. The cam combo/ turbo could create lag... even your tune its really hard to pin point.

if there is no boost leak you should tighten down your wastegate. probably it is not fully closing.
