Philthy,

I believe Tim told me he is high 40's almost 50 on his 4088 to make 750+, care to share where you are at? I would presume that at 32psi you should be able to hit 750 at high 30s? There is a possibility that was a BW he tested though.

All my data, logs, and charts are posted in my thread... just shy of 33psi it's making 730whp... I'm sure turning up the boost another 6-7psi for another ~30whp for a pretty dyno chart means something to people, but I drive my cars hard, every day and I'd rather save all the hot air for more consistent and safer power...

Now if you're talking about striping the car of A/C, going to an electric water pump, etc - you're not talking about a street car anymore, IMO, and even at that, it'll still be really tough to put down a true 750whp with a TS 3586...
I don't post any dyno graphs or numbers on my setup. I post trap speeds and ET. I can prove u wrong very simply as I'm nearly there on 38 PSi on 100oct. E85 and 45 PSI and I know where my car will sit. Its all about the setup and other components. Sorry bud but if your car can't brake the number on a 86 then maybe its not your turbo. Call me a ***** for not posting my data i am fine with that. I don't post **** for a reason. But you are wrong if u think it can't be done.

Unless the TS1.04 housing is a pig I dont see how you guys can doubt the HTA3586 compressor section.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...ke-8-club.html

That shows what the 3586 compressor can do so if you need a larger TS housing then a 1.04 T4 then you will need it on any compressor section. The 4088 doesnt make that much power AFAIK.

I have no A/C in my car. Otherwise it is if not one of the only true street driven cars around. Car weighs 3120 with no driver. I am about 195 give or take if I had my cherios or McDonald's that day haha

Aaron's car is just straight BAD ***!!! No one can compete with that. Even though my car is almost identical to his, he has special things and tender love and care into his car that makes it make wicked hp.

I don't care to know your 'secret dyno number' - yeah, it can be done, but know one has and proven it...

Heck, how many +750whp TS4088's do you see and it's a bigger turbo... Are you saying that the TS 3586 makes more power than a 4088? Maybe I've been missing your point...

That's seriously your only weight reduction mod...?

I don't have to prove it on the internet. I got proof right on my desk.

No I am not saying the 86 makes more HP then a 4088. But what I have seen is at the same boost levels of the 2 turbos they make the same HP "given the setups" but the 86 had a much nicer low end spoolup then the 4088. And that is why I did not put the 4088 on my car. At 36 PSI I trapped 141.XX. I have not ran my car full tilt on 100 Oct yet. E85 is next.

I have seen about 6 4088s from 750 to a high 812. But take that for what it is as not one of them ran the car to back up that I saw. And on a DJ the most I saw was 780 something. I do not recall the boost levels

As in what? I spent alot of time focused on buying the right parts to drop weight. I have full interior, sunroof,6 point role bar. I have a carbon trunk, light rotors/stock calipers, driveshaft, front cross bar, and so on. All power options and radio. Nothing is cut chopped bent or tweeked on my car. And these TS kits add Wright to the car with a heavy turbine housing, 2 wastegates and so on. I run street tires and I am one ****ty driver.

I don't think I have seen an 800hp 4088. I have seen an 800hp 3586

The 3586 will make more, and based off what I have seen on Dan's car 750 should be no problem. I can't say more but believe me.....................

I'd say the 3586 blows the 4088 outta the water. Its old technology against a lot newer technology.

4088 is a piece of junk IMO.
