Quote: Shiv your kit must be liek $10,000 your intercooler is $1500 and its stock size....confusing, anyway, from what ive been told, running a big turbo in 100% humidity and 90 degrees on jsut a flash will not suport my modds, AEM EMS is on the way so far 12.4@113 is best, but i can see 12.0 on this stock ecu before ems, 24psi and 112octane
Wow 12,4@113 with the Buschur Evo..Stage 4 and br500 turbo.....well thanks for testing out the new turbo for all of us.I know who im not going to buy a turbo set up from now.

Dave-- What did Robi run in the 1/4 mile at SCC's Ultimate Street Car shootout? IIRC, he ran your BR500 with an AEM stand alone on race gas.

These guys make a great manifold for the evo, it's about $1200 but they cover it for life and have had 1 crack out of the 500+ sold. Also check out other people's turbo's like innovative turbo, they have dual BB turbo's for about $1600 and they spool faster then the GT35R as well as make more power. If you want the best out there spend a little time and work and you can get the best of everything.

Was there a 1/4 mile competion? If so, that is a fair question. However, I don't like seeing Robi pulled into this because Evo8power chimes in in such a way to leave the Buschur flank open to attack. Robi is not into straight lines when he drives his car.

History analogy/metaphor: I will send anyone $10 via Paypal or a check through snail mail if they can answer the following question correctly: How is Evo8power analogous to German General Alexander von Kluck. Hint: Buschur = Schieffen Plan.

The Drag race was a disapointment..the car kept missing at 6000 in first and then again in second...so we kept reducing the boost to try and loose this...than ran like a scalded cat through third and forth ZERO miss! In the end it was the cam angle sensor plug with bad wire connections hit the wrong harmonic and the car would miss...The Quaif is going in tomorrow and then I may go with Smoggie to Fontana and let him tear me a new one on his turf....For realistic Drag times I'd defer to David and the upcoming DSM/EVO shootout the SCC USCC is all done with radar guns etc . and I ran worse than my stage IV times at the same track...(But Scot's 11 second 1g ran a mid 12 to win....different tracks different days...)

Just messing with you Az3ar. Thank you for the allen wrench loan. We are the "Short Attention Span Theater" poster boyz. I think we both were walkin' to my car to get your Allen wrenches at least 4 or 5 times and one of us side tracked each time.

BTW, like those Iraqi insurgents, I am holding your allen wrenches hostage. Stop assisting these capitalist fossil fuel mongers with your low mpg Evo 8 or I well melt them down and make bullets from them.

That’s funny, My screen name on one of my favorite video games is IRAQIOIL and I thought how funny that you mentioned Iraq. Anyways, have fun with my Allen wrenches I know that you will enjoy them as much as they will enjoy you

Aszar, I will race you at Fontana or Carlsbad if you like but if you want Drugrunner good luck. FWIW Smoggy has the stock clutch and so do you. Your stock clutch seemed to be holding up fine so bring it and not the excuse about the clutch. My money is on Smoggy. After you guys`run we will call you EvoAz3arpower. BTW Your car pulled hard with four fatasssses in it. Very impressive power but Smoggy will likely out drive you.

Funny IE. I will race you as well . With all the TQ i have you will see my tail lights that i can promis you. anyways, I will be up there some time soon I have no idea if i am going to take my EVO or my R32 so I dont know I know for sure if i am up there i will hold my rev at 4k rpm and kill my clutch cuz sometimes i would do whatever to win so i just dont want spend $2000. I think I will come up there though for sure since my friend is coming to visit from VA and i want to take him aorund. how about the 14th of august does that sound good to you and smoggie? IE how about a nice race there from a role? 10 miles role? so we wont burn my clutch or smoggie? and $50 on the table

No dice on that 10mph roll, quit using your clutch as a "crutch." LOL
