Milky pink transfer case fluid
If you want to get an a well educated answer get ahold of John from TRE. www.teamrip.com He's a good guy and is willing to take some time out to talk to you.
I used Redline Shockproof and mine came out just like that in both the rear diff and transfer case. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Check this thread out, it seems to be very common.

I have seen that thread before, I just want to make sure that it is common before I reinstall. Everything else is normal, fluids are coming out just as they should.
My reservoir fluid is still the same no change in color there.

Sounds good. Change your fluid and be on your way!
sorry to bring this back from the dead but mine is pink when I drained and I use oem lsd fluid. It's like that the last 2 times I've changed it. I'm not sure what's causing it but I don't think it should be pink.
