Injen Intercooler Pipe w Dry Filter and where to Tune +/-

I've searched and get nothing out of it

Not looking for any crazy power gains but does anyone have experience with /suggest the Injen intercooler pipe with DRY intake (blue one)

Is it loud and do I need to get a tune immediately to avoid running lean? If so where is a good place to tune and how much?

Thanks

PS I'm only considering the injen because it has the carb exemption. At least to try and avoid problems with police. I know it does not always work though

I have both upper/lower icp and intake. I did see an increase in spool and power after my tune. You need to tune any time you do mods that affect air/fuel flow.
