What size fuel injectors? You are gonna need a double pumper as you will outrun the single Wally with the Black's boost potential on E-85. I would have gone with a thicker core IC. Are you gonna do SD? Perhaps a COP and an O2 dump as well. I'd like to see a hotter cam grind too. I realize that I am being picky....but you did ask.

set-up sounds solid enough... i think the 3.5" core IC will be enough to cool the FP-Black down... did u ever take ur car to the track with the red setup? if so what kind of times did u run?... trap speeds?

The car did not see the track on the red. It was on the car for less then a month, then he got in the accident.

My guess for this set-up and JestR tuning it i would say somewhere around 520-540

Question on your HKS cams. Are these the newer rev? 274 & 278? Step 2's correct?

Are there any reviews on these cams? What are the differences, besides higher lift? Will they make more power than your older 280's?

these are the latest design of cams from HKS 274/278 they are step 2

from reviews i have seen you will see a slight gain on these cams over the 280's but the spoolup is alot better

Interesting....wonder if its worth getting these. I currently have HKS 272 I/E.

Also, wonder how these compare to Kelford 272's.

Just found a little more info on them:
http://www.hks-power.co.jp/db/produc...-AM011_012.pdf

Seems the older cams are discontinued.

I dont think he plans on upgrading to a 02 dump, down the line i know he probably would get a COP. I think the way he is putting his set-up together is pretty good. I also dont think he will be doing SD on the car.
