Cam Pulley Off Timing
Dude having your engine OFF timing is NOT just cosmetics,.. and you even thinking that you would be high. the ONLY way to FIX it right is to yank the timing belt and reset everything to TDC.
It takes no lie less then 45 minutes to do all of this. but sure, if your about to pay the dealership an *** load to do something as easy as a timing belt service, then maybe you ont know as much as you think.
And I DID tell you how to fix it!, "your going to have to rip it all apart and redo it. the end", what did you not get about that? that is the easy way to fix it.
Im not giving you flak. just stated the right way to do it, obivously you didnt know, so I figured id let you know, if you DID know, your timing would be right.
thnx
lemme know if you want to save some money on that 60K service and learn how to do it.

So now that we've finally made some progress, do I need a new water pump when I do the belts, if I decide to do them myself?
Thanks
You see how hard was that? Anybody can say "rip it all apart and redo it".
