Dyno Flashed - Buschur Racing Stage two dyno sheet
That's a nice curve I have to say. Can you get anything close to that with cams, cam gears, and turbo back? I am not looking for the same HP I am looking for a curve that goes up till redline or as close as I can get it. Last car I have redline was 8k and peak power was at 7700. Very nice

BTW - some people do not think you can tune on a dyno at all - read this . . . .

A quote from the thread you used to mistakenly justify your position:
Let's see... dyno and road tuning have their place. That's what Works did. Why would anyone not use both if they had the choice. It is ignorant and self-serving to say that tuning on the dyno has no place or that road tuning is the only way to tune. It is also stupid to say that you cannot tune without one.
The problem is you are preaching ignorance by saying road tuning by itself is the only way to tune. Maybe it is accurate though to say it is a better way to tune if you are trying to serve your own ends and make more money.... Pass the discount from not using a dyno on at least...
While WORKS uses a dyno in our ECU development program, it is only one of several tools that goes into the creation of the Brain Flash. The dyno is, by nature, an artificial environment. It attempts to provide the tuner with the ability to simulate road conditions in a consistent and repeatable manner without the usual hazards of attempting to tune “on the fly” in traffic or on the track.

To Mark (I kind of know you from reading Rich's posts on SoCalEvo...
), I had Al do my car a short while ago. My original flash was from Tadashi @ Technosquare via RMR. My car pulled VERY hard and spooled very quickly. Without swapping the turbo, I had one of the faster Evos with bolt-ons. Long story short, some additional mods (esp. the suction pipe) leaned my A/F to dangerous levels. When Al ran the wideband 02 on my car through MANY runs (hence you still validate his method), he got the A/Fs down to respectable levels throughout the powerband and also advanced my ignition without detonation. While it doesn't feel as quick as before, it is a very smooth pull to redline. My guess (I admit it's a guess right now) is that the dyno sheet (coming Jan. 10) will show the smooth chart that Al tuned. I was pretty impressed with his methodology. I know about Roshon and some of the others. Agreed, there is a lot of experience there. However, just because Al doesn't have overhead or a fixed shop isn't a reason to knock the product. Now if I could only get Rich to fill me in on that Turbonetics upgrade...
Late thought: I plan on getting the final adjustment done when Al returns on the 10th... ON THE DYNO.

I am not being "ignorant or self serving" to say I prefer to tune on the street. Its just my own personal prefernce to get a feel for the individiual car and how it reacts to changes by feeling it first hand
We have a dyno right down the road for those who care to have a actual dyno tune - or - you can choose a road tune and get twice the time and 5 or 10 times the pulls for the same price
Either way our prices are some of the least expensive and best values you can find anywhere. We offer a custom tuned reflash with up to 3 hours of tuning time for the same price that other vendors sell just the reflash
Again - our client has the final say so on what tuning method they prefer - - I am able to get the same exact result on either method
