If your only looking for 400 then i would suggest getting an fpred or green. If money is not an issue then go for it. Alot more expensive then you might think. There is way too much information on here so you might want to search around a little bit. Good luck

for 400 get a fp green, bbk, etc. be careful what you choose, you dont want something thats going to be laggy and sacrifice the powerband when you arent taking full advantage of it.

stock 9 turbo can do 400whp anyways lol.

1250cc fic
buschur double pump
cams
3" turbo back exhaust
o2 housing
Wideband o2
ported exhaust manifold
front mount intercooler
blow off valve
upper/lower intercooler piping
boost controller
E85

400whp on evo 9 turbo or almost 500 on a bigger stock frame turbo.

if your just seeking for 400whp, then its not worth the lag in the 6262. the new designed 6262 are not water cooled, so you dont need the water line.as for the injectors i guess ur gonna be fine with the 1000cc if going with a 400whp turbo and 93 oct.

400whp i would also suggest a stock frame turbo? as for injectors and pump gas 1000cc's should do the trick, might want to go bigger for E85
