Fuel Line fitting question

Does anyone know what Earls fitting or any other brand fitting that would fit on the stock fuel line and adapt it to a -6an??

So the stock fuel feed line to the fuel rail. The one that connects from the hard line into the rubber hose.

Well you have AMS fuel line, but I am sure you are trying to build it yourself and I am also curious...

Let me see what I can come up with...

I know a fellow evo owner that did exactly what you are talking about. He said they make a fitting that clamps on to the stock hardline without having to do much modification.

**Edit, like this?

Ive seen that and I dont mind cutting and flaring it to just use a reg hose end but I was looking for an actually thread fitting. the only thing I can find is a 14mm reverse flare to -6 but I dont know if that is correct. I might just cut the fitting off and flare it and use it as my return and just put a -8 in as my feed.

That sounds like the only solid solution. Please post results if you do this before me and I'll do the same. I just will not have any way of pressure testing this untill I put my car back together.

With it being the return it only needs a little flare to hold a hose on to prevent it from slipping off. It doesn't have hardly any pressure. Im doing the same to my PS line to reroute them. I doubt I end up doing anything with the fuel line the stock lines are good to almost 800hp on ethanol.

I'm talking about the feed line. The return line isn't an issue for me.

Does anybody know if these are the same fittings?

http://www.034motorsport.com/hardwar...ing-p-391.html

http://www.jegs.com/i/Earls/361/9894DBH/10002/-1

The 034 motorsports says it is the inverted flare fitting but the Earl's does not.

I know we need a inverted Flare to make this work. I own the Jegs one and it's not inverted.

Found out the Earls fitting wonīt seal. But this one works:

For my car I decided to run a -6AN line from the pump to the rail.

Did you actual buy it and get it to work??

I know the fitting is 14mm X 1.5 and this one looks to be 7mm

Any thoughts?
