Hello guys,
Today I went to take 2011's first joy ride in the evo and I was greeted with a slipping clutch . The car currently has a ACT street kit and I had plans on installing an Exedy twin hd once the act started slipping. However, I'm out of $$$ right now to get an exedy.
I need a clutch that can handle around 500whp/tq. I was thinking on just replacing the street disk with a 6 puck from ACT. Do you guys tgink this a good idea? Any other options?
Thanks in advance and happy new year

act 3200 setup will have no noise..i used it while on a 35r and my clutch didnt like the abuse. If you want to push your car just save for a twin disk. My buddy with an 03 and me in my 9 both have noises off of 1st gear on that exedy twin disk.
