MHI-18k vs BW EFR7670 Video

I attended a local drag racing event called Street Racing Made Safe held at PBIR and had the opportunity to race my stock block MHI equipped stock frame car against my buddy with his stock block BW EFR 7670 T4 car. I think my MHI held its own really well, I shift at 7,500 I don't know what he was revving his car to. Neither car threw 5th.

Thanks, I'm gonna go back for test and tune for timed 1/4 mile. I'm sure I can get a 11 sec slip without too much abuse.

I've never seen a 50whp difference generate that close of a race, especially in identical cars.

I was surprised as well but I have raced a different X with an almost identical efr 7670 set up with the same results. I think it comes down to powerbands, we are probably both making around 450 whp at 6500 rpm where my power levels off till redline and his climbs to 500.
