Hi...

Is there any special setup for the engine to make 9500 rpm?
2.0L evo 9
-Rods
-pistons
-Studs
-race bearings
-cams
-Balancer shaft

Special clearance for bearings?
I need some experience please

I would add in a Kigley HLA to your list...helps prevent all of the oil going to your head in the higher rpm's. Also, either an AMS or Buschur oilpan to help keep the oil around the pickup. The rods would also be an area to think about, requiring you to think about the overall use of the car. If it won't be a daily driver or you don't mind replacing/checking the rods fairly frequently compared to steel rods, then some aluminum rods would be beneficial for the lighter weight. A quality steel rod though such as the BR spec crower rods would work though too.

Everything you need to make 900+whp, which is the only reason why one would need 9500rpm.

What you need is a better turbo.

people drag race with less than 900whp and need the rpm to finish in 4th.

oh and thats just an idea. many similar builds, like mine, are going this route. just need the strongest stuff..

ie. manley turbo tuff's, HD pistons, ported head with awesome valvetrain, and great intake and exhaust system. (pretty much what my build consists of)

I done that with oliver I-beams and weisco pistons non HD and standard IX crank with headwork.

Probably long rod and short piston would be better but the above works.

FWIW, 9500rpm in 4th is ~157mph. Somehow I get the feeling this isn't going to get to 157mph, but I digress...
