Im using Valaline VR-1 Non-Syn Race oil

100 Miles changed it

1,000 Miles changing it

should i change it again at 2,000miles ? or am i good to go to 3,000 miles?


after 3,000 miles im going to start using SYN oil Amsoil

 

Or Brad Penn 20-50 semi syn

 

or schaeffer 20-50 racing oil. i think its about the same thing as the brad penn oil.

 

it would behoove you to send an oil sample to blackstone labs for analysis... and get an oil filter cutter and see if you have any metal flakes in your filter media.

2000, better safe than sorry, unless you check the oil filter for metal flakes

 

just use brad penn 20w50 and dont worry about it.. since its not a full synthetic.

im sticking with brad penn..

 

oil dont even last 800 miles in my car but its not a daily driver so not a good example.. but i would say if youre on 93oct you can go 2k easy on a decent oil..

the vr1 is good oil also, just cause i sold it to you practically free dont mean its bad.. its very good oil.
