Help with a buschur cast hta kit

I was wondering is there any way to go to a tubular manifold on the br hta35 kit. I'm taking it off as my wastegate made my new radiator leak from rubbing on it so while I have it out I'd like to change it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i know this doesnt answer your question, but have you just thought getting a half radiator to solve the rubbing issue?

would definitely be cheaper than any other solution in terms of buy products and a new tune.

To be fair you should post a pic of the clearance issue with the kit as well as the damage.

Also I was talking to a welding shop and they were suggesting either shortening or adding a elbow to the wastegate flange. Which would be better and would messing with the flange hurt the wastegate performance

Are you the original buyer of the kit or did you try and piece it together?

The cast kit is a DSM flange so you will end up swapping in a new manifold, hotside, and 02 housing. That is basically a new turbo kit. Do you have any pictures of your fitment issues? I have installed this kit without issues.

Can you post some pics of the hotside to wastegate routing? You should be able to maneuver it to get it to not hit the radiator. If you can't do that then maybe you should look into swapping the old style wastegate for the MV-S or MV-R. These aren't as bulky and should be your cheapest alternative.

I've tried already to maneuver it and I'll post pics up and also I only need 3/8" space and I'll be set
