Adapter Flange from Evo to T3 Frame Question

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DSM-E...item1e5c52d72e

Saw this online and is appealing for someone who wants to use the factory cast manifold for reliability and stock appearence purposes.

My question is as follows - Would the turbo have to be internally gated with this adapter. I have seen the ATP setup that uses twin scroll and twin external wastegates.

If I used an externally gated turbo would it be possible to regulate boost pressure with a waste gate flange off the downpipe and re routed back into the downpipe?

You would need an internally gated turbo for easiest approach. Wastegate must be located before the turbine wheel.
