That's worse than my gas mileage. Is that from topping it off til the light comes on? Til it sputters? I'm getting about 14mpg on e-85 on an hta86...something is wrong. I get 8mpg at full tilt, 37psi

id say either your boosting way more then 10psi, i look at it this way passing people and what not unless i have too i keep boostin under 10psi, as long as your wastegate is workin off mechanical before the mbc starts comin into play, your afrs will stay somewhat in the norm instead of goin down into the 11s or 10s, me personally drivin around town ive got same mods as you and then some, i average over 200 a tank, so either ur havin too much fun with it OR you could have a boost leak, maybe bad gas, your plugs could be worn out and not providin as good of spark, or last but not least your fuel trims might be all funky

You have a CEL? May be pull the code... once I had a code for a front sensor and i was getting 160 Per tank. Basically eating gas.

Did it start happeing out of now where or after you got work done? hard to really say with out all the info but if you want it fixed Sean Ivey will take care of you.

Found my old post:

My problem was:
DTC P0171: System too Lean
DTC P0134: Heated Oxygen Sensor No Activity Detected

Basically FWIW without that front O2 sensor your getting the worst possiable gas mileage!

Had this same issue... my front o2 went out about 4 months back due to bad initial tune. I am now going through a tank in 150 miles with basic mods(Cams, Intake, UICP, etc) and a back bumper that is solid black. I replaced the 02, got Fathouse to throw a tune on her and although she still runs a tad rich, I'm now a tad over 200 miles per tank.
