ok so I launched the car racing from the dig with a z06. everything was fine after but then when I came to a stop and tried to get moving from a stop everything started shaking like if the entire drive train is shaking. I parked the car and a couples of hours later I get back in and its the same thing in first gear. I have to rev high and play with the clutch to try and minimize this now. I have an act 6 puck, whats the problem? is it time for a new clutch?

 

sounds like warped flywheel or discs

can you feel vibrations through the clutch pedal?

 

yeah, he couldn't believe it lol. yeah i do feel vibration and i have to rev to like 2.5 3k and then play with the clutch for it not to shake. and it happens only trying to get the car to move

 

what really? im having the same problem with my evo. i have to rev those same numbers so the front wont shake. its also strange that i just replaced my clutch like last year in oct.

 

yea i think i blew my clutch

how much would it be to fix that? or am i better off just buying a twin disk?
