Can you take a datalog. Log the Stat Sync'd. While cranking that should go to 'Ok/True/On', I dont remember which one.
Did you set your base ignition timing? Where did you get your base cal?
You more than likely need to increase, your crank injector time table, start enrichment, and maybe a few other thing.

Check the coolant reading from the ECU. If the coolant temp sensor is unhooked or bad this is what will happen. It injects way to much fuel because it thinks it is -74* or something like that. Just a thought. Good luck!
