delete the p0300 code ...it solved my problem, 03 evo VIIIs had serious missfire problems

 

i was having awful misfires not too long ago. Mine ended up being a bent valve, but I would also check the gap in the plugs, see if the tip of the plug has been blown off or melted, or just could be the fuel you're putting into the car.
