P0365 CEL Expert Advice Needed

I i have a p0365 engine code on an 06 EVO IV. Its the intake camshaft sensor. I have tried everything and cant figure out why this code is showing. I have replaced the sensor.. the wiring is fine, it recieved both 12v and 5v. and i replaced the cylinder itself. the timing is correct on this car. Any help or advice please send it my way. Im lost not.

The sensor is getting 5v and 12v. The timing is correct. And I have replaced both the sensor and the camshaft sensor cylinder from which the sensor reads.

As of now the car is in a limp mode

Well if you have checked all connections at the sensor and ECM...and are positive that you have a good circuit (no intermittent short to grounds or anything like that)...Then the next step would be to scope the actual output signal and look for an abnormal waveform...if the waveform appears to be normal at idle and during driving conditions but the code is set then it points to an internal ECM issue...possibly a tune issue/corruption or failure in the ECM
