Crazy loud ACT 6 puck unsprung clutch noise, please help

Ok I have installed 20+ clutches in evo's ( i am a mechanic on the side) so i put in a unsprung ACT 6 puck on the stock flywheel that was turned and a new trow out bearing from act. The car is fine for 2,000miles and now there is a very loud noise when starting to engage the clutch in first or reverse. If it get the rpms high while pulling away you cant hear it, but anything under 2000rpm and it sounds like metal on metal. I love the clutch and it drives great (never launched) but the noise is way to loud. its not like a chatter its sounds like a solid chunk of metal dragging across the flywheel. The feel stays the same and it only does it when I am starting to move the car, it has been this way for 4 months now, any ideas? I will put a video up later, thanks. I am very busy and did not want to have to remove the trans again, ahhh!

from what ive been seeing, the throw out bearing from the ACT cluthes arent as good as the oems, and it would be better to replace it with an OEM Throw out bearing.

Because the disk is unsprung, its not going to be the most quiet of clutchest. It can't be your throwout bearing, because it would make noise at idle, like a chirping or squeeling. You are experiancing noise when you take off in first or reverse. IMO I think its perfectly fine. The 6pluck has a harsh engagement to start with and thats the noise of the disk not wanting to slip. My old act 6pluck did it, and my quartermaster twin does it now.

Don't take anything I say for fact, but its my experiance.
