Wierd Evo ogging and Smoking Problem

Ok to start off I really need help on this problem.I recently installed a test pipe for my evo to gain some hp. After i had installed it i was getting the cel of overboosting. I think i was hitting 25psi but I believe the person that had it before had tuned it to hit 23 or 24 so i was going about 1 psi over. To try and fix this problem I installed a mbc on my evo and i took it to the track to test it out. It was running real bad and bogging down after i hit around 21-22psi. So I decided to take it off and put the stock lines back on until i tune the evo for the mbc. Now that i put the stock lines back on my evo starts bogging out really really bad around 15 psi and in my rear view I can see a lot of black smoke and I mean alot, it looks like I have a diesel truck for f*** sake. If any one can help me on this problem i would really appreciate it thanks.

Here is a list of mods that the car currently has

3" invidia down pipe
3" test pipe
tbe
megan turbo manifold
arc induction box

thanks
