i would keep the stock ported one. theres no better driveability than the stocker. thats my 2 cents. how about getting ur t.b. ported? do u have cams? u should be able to make 600whp no problem on that turbo.

Now you're getting into technical specifics...for which you'd have to ask Aby

it's about 550whp on pump 92 right now. already pushes over 630 on e85. trying to shoot over 600 on pump. only other upgrade i can do other than replacing the turbo is the intake manifold and throttle body. yes, i have gsc s2 cams right now. head is ported as well.

i wish someone could post a comparison between the large plenum di and small plenum di side by side with the same setup to see how the power curve is affected...

to be honest man your comparing apples to apples, all those intake manis are gonna give u top end and midrange increases, with some sacrifice to low end... Personally most people gave you great advice... now there are a lot more pros then cons running a cast intake mani compared to a sheet metal style, less worryin about welds leaking cast manis tend to keep the heat out compared to sheet metal etc...dont think now with your number, think about issues a year or two down the road too, personally the magnus v5 looks nice, the map rev 3 is nice since your on a big setup, or even the ams f1 intake mani, at the most your lookin at 30-50 whp difference between the three dependin on temps etc...but look into one thats cast though thats my recommendation. Good luck hope you break your magical number, although id be happy as a pig in $hit with 550 at least for now, but thats me though haha.

Buschur 2.0L, HTA86 turbo, Cosworth m3 mivec cams, DI large plenum IM, 30psi and it made 631whp on our dynojet.

Is this dynojet numbers? Im running the BR stock ported one and made 550 on buschurs mustang which I think would be around that amount on a dynojet, not apples to apples but still.

Either way I think some people have made some nice suggestions for you.

Good luck.

thoughts?
Im wondering even if this di large plenum is worth it on a 2.4, considering I make peak power around 7300rpm.
