Hey man, thanks for the good customer service earlier today when we chatted. However, I do have to say, FED EX Sucks...supposed to be delivered today am, and now tomorrow by 4pm!

Just wanted to let you know, I know you can't do anything about it...just excited to drive the car that's all.

yeah they were late on my shipment too...i payed for next day and they refunded al but he has yet to give my money back

Fed Ex is doing very bad today !!!!

Out of ten (10) ecus shipped yesterday - only TWO (2) have showed up as of 9:30 eastern

They are so behind its not even funny

I appologize for any delays and frustration - I do everything I can to assure that these go out on time and they always go out the same day

ANYONE who is expecting a box from me - feel free to call me at (203) - 515-4110 ANYTIME tonight if you need your tracking number

I would suggest that you go down to fed ex location and pick up your ecu directly

As the gentelman above suggested these delays are unique to the holiday season and normally do not occur !

Hey Al....just a quickie....

I have yet to get my winter ride and put away my EVO....thankfully no REAL snowfall yet. How much longer was that sale for the reflash??? Only till the 25th? If so...do they have to be scheduled with you by the 25th or shipped TO you by then? Please PM me...I probably won't see your response in here.

Correction - they did NOT refund me ! When and if they do - I will be happy to transfer it back to you - I believe your ecu was just late in the day but still arrived overnight

As I have already explained to you - at the time your unit shipped we were billing the fed ex charges through a third party - my landlord.

Since we have had the issue with your credit which seems to be lost - I have set up my own fed ex account so I can track these more directly. As I have told you - any credits through my landlord's account may take up to 3 - 4 months to show up on my monthly invoices. When and IF I recieve a credit back on your shipment I will send you a check.

In any event - if your not happy with the experience - feel free to send it in for a flash back to stock and I will happily refund ALL of your money including the shipping ! I don't want any one feeling like they have been cheated under any circumstances.

If you pay pal the funds before the 25th you can have the sale price and send in your ecu anytime after the 30th

If you want to get me some documentation from fed ex saying they have issued a credit I'll be happy to refund your your shipping charges - otherwise I have no way of knowing about the credit yet as i did not get any credit

FYI- I just sent a package overnight 12/22 to Dragon41673 and it got to him 12/23 just like they said... USPS! (us postal service) So I would recommend them if you need express mail right now. It worked for me.

Hey Al, thanks again for your replies and professionalism! I also want to thank you for having a 92 octane map for my car...some don't have that as they say it doesn't show to big of gains? Anyhow, I will let you know how the car feels when I get the ECU back today. Thanks again Al, your the man!
