The oem fan has 4 wires coming from the fan box... 2x blue 2x black
how do you guys wire a spal fan in... same metioned you keep the fan controller box...

Maybe the version you get is different, but on the USDM, the main fan module has one connector with 3 wires (+12V, PWM Signal, Gnd) coming from the fuse box and a second connector with 2 wires (+VDC, Gnd) going to the fan. You simply connect in just like the stock fan.
On the A/C fan, there are 4 wires (+Hi, -Hi, +Lo, -Lo). The motor has two sets of windings, a low speed and a high speed. If this is the fan you are talking about, you probably want to wire it with a new relay and supply line along with a set of diodes so it will turn on any time a Lo or Hi signal is present.
