Noise from power steering pump or something else?

Noise from power steering pump or something else?
I got my clutch and my 60k done at RRE and I'm not sure if I'm going crazy or if it's always made this noise.
It sounds like it's coming from the steering pump it's a light whistling noise not very loud but it stands out. Sometimes I don't hear it sometimes I do. I'll record the sound when I get a chance. I'm not to worried about it but had anyone had a similar noise or is it normal? Is it because the belts are new?
