Im having an issue with A/C compressor staying on.No matter where controls are set to it stays on.The only way to get it to stop is to pull relay out.I did have issues with Aem settings for a/c when i first installed aem ems.A/c lines froze and compressor burst valve open and let the freon out.relay started clicking after that.Is it possible that relay got stuck in active state?

 

Yea your relay is most likely sticking. I would start by replacing that first.

 

I can't remember if the A/C relay is the same as another in the engine bay. If there is one like it, just swap them and see if the problem moves with the relay.

If not, get your high and low side pressures for the A/C system checked. They can cause that same issue as well.

 

Let me know what you find out on this, I have to get around to doing some testing myself, but maybe this will point me in the right direction. I have the same problem. The only time it's off is when the blower is off which isn't bad this time of year but still needs fixed.

 

I put fog light relay in and ac compressor doesn't stay on.I swapped old one back and compressor stays on.now I think I need freon because compressor doesn't come on at all with new relay.
