I drive a 2003 evo. My clutch, tob, and slave cylinder were effed beyond belief so I replaced them all. Got a comp clutch stage 4 and just put it in two days ago. Today I pushed in the clutch after first gear and heard a sound of metal hitting metal. It wouldnt do it again for a while and than a few houra later I heard it again when I down shifted into 4th at like 40mph. The new clutch has 125 miles on it so far and I have been easy on it every mile. Never ridin the clutch or racing or anything, sometimes even double clutching. does anyone kno where the sound is coming from or what it is. Id rather not take out the tranny again to check it all over again. Let me know what ur thoughts are. Thanks a lot

 

The sound came when I let out the clutch after shifting into second also.
