Blitz VTA BOV

I installed the Blitz VTA BOV.

It works great.

I have not stalled once!

The flutter is very similar to the stock one.

I am very happy with the manly CHUFF sound!

There is also sightly less turbo lag! This also allows for the throttle to have better response!

Another cool feature is there is a horn piece for louder sound and a filter piece to keep the BOV clean.

Conclusion: Anyone who is looking for a VTA BOV that works properly this does the job!

Ok.. I just did a quick look on the blitz website these are the specs:

DD (Dual Drive) for maximum response (small port for low boost + larger port for high boost)

Includes mini SUS filter

Urethane gasket to ensure complete seal

Tension adjustable

Holds to 1.2 BAR (18psi)

Available hard spring for high boost applications

-----------------------------
did you have to use the "hard spring" since it says it only holds up to 18psi of boost?

It was leaking boost.

I tightened the bolt and it holds now+drives fine. A new spring is being shipped now.

hey wassup guys. i just installed my blitz bov today. i reallie didnt want to do it because i heard of all these problems with bovs. but suprisingly the blitz vta does reallie work. no stalling problem and feels stock but with the cuussshhh sound. sounds great. its pretty loud itself. you dont need the horn. i wanted the hks at first but everyone was having problems. but i realie liked the way blitz sounded on an eclipse. i highly recommend teh blitz because its a evo specific kit. not a universal. thanks

Ive got the HKS SSQV and it works great! no stalling even in very low rpm, like when your stuck in traffic....stop & go. The HKS is more popular & expensive thats why I chose it. Sounds PSSSSSSSSSSSH!!!!! awesome!

I agree 100%

Im the kind of guy that doesn't do something just because someone online said it.
Someone on here told everyone to slip there clutch off the line and everyone ended up burning the clutches.
DROP the clutch if you must launch!
